A black man or biker walks near and the handbag is clutched tighter and the children pulled closer.  They make a wrong turn and immediately lock all the doors in the car.   I'm not sure insecurity should be conflated with "suppression".

In case facts matter to your discussion, here are the registration numbers in the precinct in question in Philly:

total voters - 1535

dems - 1321

reps - 84

I doubt mccain/palin lost many votes from this part of a deep blue city due to this stunt by a couple of whack jobs.  I would suggest looking elsewhere for grist for the "we lost due to voter fraud" meme.
